Dans une casserole, faites fondre le sucre avec les \u00e9chalotes et l&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s sur feu moyen, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez un caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9glacez avec le vinaigre balsamique, ajoutez le beurre et faites r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 sur feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez le bouillon de volaille puis ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de tomates et les \u00e9pices.
