Faites tremper le tout dans l&rsquo;eau froide pendant au moins 12h. Changez l&rsquo;eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Laissez \u00e9galement tremper les haricots noirs 12h dans l&rsquo;eau froide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 2 Faites bouillir les viandes dans l&rsquo;eau (saucisses, saucisson, queue, pieds, oreille, \u00e9chine, lard), afin d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer la graisse, 5 \u00e0 8 minutes. Retirez. Coupez les viandes et saucisses en morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 3 Mettez les haricots noirs et ces viandes dans une marmite, recouvrez d&rsquo;eau. Laissez cuire une bonne heure. Enlevez les viandes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 4 Ajoutez les autres viandes (cotelettes, boeuf s\u00e9ch\u00e9), faites cuire 2 \u00e0 3 heures. Ajoutez de l&rsquo;eau si necessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 5 Faites revenir l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans une po\u00eale, avec le laurier. Ajoutez ce m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la Feijoada qui cuit. Puis ajoutez la ciboulette et le persil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tape 6 Ajoutez l&rsquo;orange et la cacha\u00e7a.
