Faites-les revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent translucides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les \u00e9pices (curcuma, gingembre, paprika, poivre et sel). M\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez le bouillon de volaille, puis ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du persil et de la coriandre hach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 40 \u00e0 50 minutes, en retournant le poulet \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faites bouillir les olives vertes dans de l\u2019eau pendant 5 minutes pour enlever l\u2019amertume, puis \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les olives et les morceaux de citron confit dans le faitout et laissez cuire encore 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez l\u2019assaisonnement et ajustez si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parsemez du reste de persil et de coriandre fra\u00eeche avant de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez chaud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>poulet aux olives Ingr\u00e9dients Etapes Dans un grand faitout ou un tajine, faites chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen.
