Les \u00e9mincer et les faire revenir avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une casserole. Ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e, le sel, le poivre, les herbes aromatiques et faire revenir le tout durant quelques minutes.  Ajouter la sauce Worcestershire, le coulis de tomate et le bouillon de b\u0153uf. Laisser r\u00e9duire, \u00e0 feu moyen-doux, durant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. R\u00e9server et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Disposer un disque de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans un plat \u00e0 tarte. Y verser la pr\u00e9paration. Humidifier les bords de la p\u00e2te avec un peu d\u2019eau.
