Salez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et \u00e9cumez fr\u00e9quemment jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait plus de mousse \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquez l\u2019oignon avec les clous de girofle et ajoutez-le dans la casserole avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/ici.radio-canada.ca\/mordu\/recettes\/3203\/bouquet-garni-base\">bouquet garni.<\/a> Laissez fr\u00e9mir de 2\u00a0heures \u00e0 2\u00a0heures\u00a030\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jetez l\u2019oignon et retirez les morceaux de veau. Faites cuire les carottes et les champignons dans le bouillon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres. R\u00e9servez les l\u00e9gumes cuits avec les cubes de veau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre, et lorsqu\u2019il est moussant, incorporez-y la farine. Faites cuire le roux 5\u00a0minutes en le brassant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Laissez-le refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portez le bouillon \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Tout en fouettant, versez le liquide chaud sur le roux pour le lier. Ajoutez-y la cr\u00e8me, le veau et les l\u00e9gumes cuits.
