Battre les \u0153ufs et ajouter le yaourt. Bien remuer pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange uniforme<br>2. Ecraser le fromage \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette pour obtenir des grumeaux de la taille d\u2019un grain de riz (pas de la pur\u00e9e&nbsp;!)<br>3. Incorporer le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153ufs au fromage \u00e9cras\u00e9, bien remuer (cela devint une cr\u00e8me avec de beaux grumeaux de fromage)<br>4. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau, huilez la premi\u00e8re feuille<br>5. \u00c9taler 1\/10 du m\u00e9lange dessus et roulez la feuille en l\u2019enveloppant<br>6. Pr\u00e9parez un plateau rond couvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et posez la premi\u00e8re feuille<br>7. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les l\u2019\u00e9tape 4 et 5 pour chaque feuille<br>8. Posez les feuilles roul\u00e9es bout \u00e0 bout sur le plateau<br>9. Huilez la surface de la banitsa et mettez au four<br>10. Laissez cuire pendant 30 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 d\u00e9guster de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence chaude ou r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e. Vous pouvez aussi ajouter de l\u2019origan dans le m\u00e9lange avant d\u2019envelopper les feuilles. La banitsa s\u2019accompagne bien de yaourt \u00e0 boire et de boissons sucr\u00e9es.
