Salez et poivrez (ne l\u00e9sinez pas sur le poivre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, ajoutez progressivement le parmesan et m\u00e9langez bien pour une obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Mettez du parmesan autant que vous le souhaitez (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 que la consistance de la sauce vous convienne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la pancetta :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez-la en morceaux de tailles grossi\u00e8res. Mettez de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans la po\u00eale et laissez cuire la pancetta jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 qu&rsquo;elle soit bien dor\u00e9e. Poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, m\u00e9langez la sauce avec les spaghettis.
