Coupez le chorizo en rondelles. Plongez les tomates dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, rafra\u00eechissez-les dans un saladier d\u2019eau froide, puis pelez-les et coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 pa\u00eblla, faites revenir sur feu vif les oignons dans un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides. Ajoutez les poivrons et faites cuire quelques minutes de plus. Enfin, ajoutez les d\u00e9s de tomates. Laissez cuire 10 min \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une autre po\u00eale, faites revenir sur feu vif les cuisses de poulet sur toutes les faces jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient bien dor\u00e9es (environ 25 min), puis ajoutez le chorizo quelques minutes avant la fin de cuisson des cuisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le riz dans la po\u00eale de l\u00e9gumes, m\u00e9langez puis d\u00e9posez les cuisses de poulet sur le dessus. Mouillez avec un peu d\u2019eau. Ajoutez les moules, les crevettes, les anneaux de calamars, les langoustines. Salez, poivrez puis ajoutez le safran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 30 \u00e0 35 min en remuant de temps en temps afin que la pa\u00eblla n\u2019attache pas au fond. Ajoutez un peu d\u2019eau en cours de cuisson si besoin. Une fois cuite, laissez la pa\u00eblla reposer quelques minutes, d\u00e9corez avec des quartiers de citron.
