Versez-les dans une sauteuse avec le vin blanc et faites-les ouvrir sur feu vif. Egouttez-les avec une \u00e9cumoire et r\u00e9servez le fumet de cuisson. D\u00e9coquillez-les et r\u00e9servez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taillez le poisson en morceaux. Pelez et rincez les pommes de terre. Coupez-les en cubes. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons, pelez et hachez l\u2019ail. Rincez et fendez les poivrons, retirez le p\u00e9doncule, les p\u00e9pins et les cloisons blanches, puis taillez la chair en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une cocotte en fonte. Etalez les l\u00e9gumes : une couche d&rsquo;oignons, la moiti\u00e9 des tomates concass\u00e9es, les cubes de pommes de terre puis les d\u00e9s de poivrons, l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9, enfin le reste des tomates concass\u00e9es. Salez, poivrez et versez le fumet de moules. Portez \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement et faites cuire 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez dans la cocotte les morceaux de poisson, les anneaux de calamars et les crevettes. Poursuivez la cuisson 10 min. Versez-y les moules et maintenez sur le feu 2 min encore pour les r\u00e9chauffer.
