Paleron de Boeuf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">2 Oignons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">3 Carottes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">400 ml de bouillon de boeuf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">3 feuilles de laurier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Persil, sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">1 noix de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">6 cl de vin rouge<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tapes de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coupez le paleron en morceaux, \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire fondre une noix de beurre dans une cocotte et faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon et la viande jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit dor\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la farine, laissez un peu cuire puis mouiller avec le vin rouge et le bouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rajouter le seul, le poivre, les feuilles de laurier, le piment de cayenne, et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1h en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Epluchez et coupez les carottes en tron\u00e7ons, ajoutez les \u00e0 la cocotte et laissez poursuivre la cuisson au moins 30 min (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient fondantes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavez et ciselez le persil et
